1. Provider and scope
The provider is Benjamin Gleue, Eitel-Fritz-Str. 2, 14129 Berlin, Germany. Deviating conditions of the user apply only if their validity has been expressly agreed.
2. Subject matter of service
Token Terminal provides information and tools for teams running AI models in production. This includes, among other things, public model and price data, operations and status information, cost analyses, alert rules, fallback configurations, reports, support and community features.
Data from external providers may be delayed, incomplete, or labelled as estimates. Token Terminal is not an investment, legal or financial advisory service.
3. Conclusion of contract and user account
The usage contract for the free offering is formed upon successful registration. Users must provide correct information, protect their credentials, and report suspected misuse without delay. There is no entitlement to registration.
4. Free and future paid services
At present no paid subscription can be concluded through Token Terminal. Price information about Pro describes a planned offering and does not yet constitute a binding contractual offer.
Before paid subscriptions are introduced, price, billing period, automatic renewal, minimum term, cancellation conditions and accepted payment methods will be displayed expressly during the checkout process. These terms will be updated for that purpose before payments are activated.
5. Permitted use
Prohibited in particular are unlawful content, attacks on the service, circumvention of access restrictions, abusive automated queries, and the publication of credentials or confidential information in community and support areas. In the event of material or repeated violations, access may be restricted or terminated.
6. Availability and changes
We strive for reliable provision but owe no specific availability for free services. Maintenance, security measures and outages caused by third parties may restrict use. Features may be developed further as appropriate, provided the contractual core is not unreasonably impaired.
7. Rights in content
The rights in Token Terminal and in the own content provided remain with the provider or the respective rights holder. Users grant only the rights required to store, display and moderate the content they themselves submit for the service.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence in breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage. No guarantee is assumed for the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of external data.
9. Duration and termination
A free usage relationship runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time. Account deletion is currently handled via support. There are currently no paid subscriptions.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. With respect to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
